On Wednesday, March 20, 2024, the Wali of Sidi Bel Abbès Province, Mr. Samir Chibani, presided over the proceedings of a study day dedicated to presenting the digital services developed by the National Pension Fund, held in the conference hall of the Wali’s Office, in the presence of the province’s civil authorities.

This study day aimed to introduce the range of digital services offered by the Fund for the benefit of its users, enabling them to access high-quality public services while avoiding the need to travel to local agency offices. These services include, among others:

Facial recognition service

Pension amount consultation

Retirement simulation tool

Remote access to electronic tickets

Home-based social assistance request service

Direct communication with listening and support units

Real-time tracking of petition responses.
