On Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at the Family Center in Ben Aknoun, Mr. Nadhir Gouadria, Director General of the National Social Insurance Fund for Salaried Workers (CNAS), and Mr. Louai Zeidi, Director General of Algeria Post, jointly presided over the signing ceremony of an agreement between the two institutions.

This agreement defines the terms, conditions, and procedures for processing financial transfers related to all CNAS structures, particularly concerning the payment of benefits to insured persons and their dependents.

The agreement falls within the framework of CNAS’s ongoing efforts to modernize and digitize its operations, as well as to simplify procedures related to financial transactions in coordination with Algeria Post. It also aims to accelerate transaction processing times through the establishment of a centralized payment system via the postal current accounts of insured individuals.

The purpose of this agreement is also to create a secure financial communication bridge between the two institutions, ensuring safe and rapid payment of benefits to insured persons and their beneficiaries, while reducing errors through a set of approved mechanisms.
