In order to combat and limit the spread of corruption and spread a culture of rejection, the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security seeks to establish mechanisms and means that will encourage citizens to report all forms of corruption, as well as enhance transparency in the management of public affairs with the aim of bringing citizens closer to the interests of the highest authority, and facilitating the process of reporting corruption in a timely, rapid and secure manner, while ensuring their protection and the anonymity of their information, and protecting the information received from them.

Through this mechanism, the Ministry seeks to prevent all forms of corruption that users may encounter in their dealings with the central administration, decentralized services, and supervised institutions.

The « Tabligh » digital portal https://tabligh.mtess.gov.dz  serves whistleblowers, supported by a user guide explaining the steps for reporting corruption.
